Shipping policy

Crackling Embers Candle Co offers flat rate shipping within the United States for $9.95 or FREE local pick up/delivery within a 20-mile radius of Albany, NY. 

-Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. 

-All orders are packaged in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging.

-Once your package has shipped with UPS/USPS, you will be provided tracking information via email. 

-Our goal is to have your order delivered to you within 2-4 business days AFTER shipping, however time frames may vary depending on the shipping partners once your order is no longer in our possession. 

-During the months of May-August, orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday in order to maintain the integrity of your soy wax candles during the warmer months.
