Returns or Exchanges

-Please contact us at Cracklingemberscandleco@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

-We will accept return/exchange requests within 14 days from the orders post marked shipping date. 

-Returns must be in new/unused condition. Candles that have been lit or the wick trimmed are not eligible for return/exchange.

-Please provide your order number in the subject line and a reason for your return.

-If your order arrives damaged, please provide a photo with the return request (we strive to provide the highest quality products including shipping/handling.)

-Please note, return shipping costs are not included with purchase.
